Jeanette Valencia is the Founder and CEO of Asset Value Real Estate. Born and raised in Southern California, She has always been fascinated by the transformation of spaces and the beauty that can be created within a home. As the daughter of immigrant parents who worked tirelessly toward the American dream of homeownership, she grew up witnessing their hard work and resilience. She remembers the early mornings and late nights they dedicated to building a better life for their family.
Her parents came from the construction world, and watching her father transform houses into homes was both inspiring and heartwarming. Seeing the joy it brought to others resonated deeply with her and sparked her own passion for real estate.
Fast forward to today—Jeanette is a wife, a mother, and a woman with big goals and dreams. She entered the real estate industry not just to sell homes, but to create meaningful experiences for her clients. Her mission is to provide unmatched service, guiding clients through complex situations with empathy, dedication, and their best interests at heart.
She prides herself on being a difference-maker, offering support not just for the present but for the future.
